Visa:
An entry visa to Jordan can be issued at any Jordanian embassy abroad for travellers holding a passport valid for at least six more months. Visa may also be obtained for most nationalities upon arrival, except for the border stations at King Hussein Bridge and the quay for the ferry boat from Egypt in Aqaba, and cost 15 US$ per person; for a group of more than 5 persons the visa are free. A visa usually is valid for one month but can be extended at any police station in Jordan. A departure tax of 7.5 US$ per person is payable upon leaving Jordan via border stations; when leaving by plane, this is currently included in the price of the ticket.
Our Services:
Our tour leaders meet you at all airports, like at Amman or Aqaba, as well as at the border station at Aqaba Port if you come from Egypt or at King Hussein Bridge. They wait for you at (air)ports bearing a sign with your name, and assist you with customs and immigration proceedings. They accompany you to your hotel, help you check in and explain everything about your stay and accompany you through your whole trip.
Programs:
Programs can be put together to match your flight schedule. They can start and/or end at Amman, at Aqaba or (not always feasible) the Allenby Bridge to and from Israel. A stay of 4 days/3nights is recommended, even better a week, but quick trips, e.g. to Petra coming from Sinai, are possible, or crossing the Jordanian – Israeli border near Aqaba or in the Jordan valley.
Hotels:
Jordan provides hotels of the major categories. The largest international chains are well represented. There is accommodation ranging from 3*hotels to 5*deluxe. Hotel rates are slightly higher in winter than during the summer. Christmas/New Year and Easter week are peak periods with a special supplement in all cities.
Transportation:
We take care always to provide modern air conditioned vehicles for clients, either cars or minibuses for F.I.T. or larger vehicles for groups.
Our Rates:
Our rates are competitive and up to date, and can be applied to small groups and F.I.T. For groups larger than 16 persons please request a special group rate from us!
Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation:
Send us your request per e-mail or fax to get our quotation. After you have accepted this we will confirm as soon as we get written confirmation from the hotels. We will also inform you if and when prepayment has to be made. Please note that most hotels cancel if the deadline for advance payment is neglected! Also, these prepayments are not refundable in case of late cancellation! Cancellations without fees will also be accepted until one month before arrival (as long as there are no prepayments).
You can also establish dates for your sales and inform us about them as well as the group size you usually deal with, and we will confirm this. Deadline for final number is one month before arrival of the group.
Payment:
In general payment may be cash upon arrival. If hotels demand prepayment to keep the reservation you will pay us full or partially per bank transfer to our account in advance. We will give you the time in our reconfirmation.

Vaccinations are not requested, but prevention against hepatitis, polio, tetanus and typhoid is recommended. You should contact your local health authorities to enquire about their advice as well.
